学修の目的と方法
| 授業の概要 | ２０世紀は都市建設の時代、２１世紀は管理の時代といわれる。都市の建設・整備と同時に、建設された都市および地域が持つ価値を維持向上させるために、行政と住民・地権者・事業者などが主体的に取り組むまちづくり、すなわち地域マネジメントが期待されています。本講義は、このような地域マネジメントが必要とされる背景、地域マネジメントを進めるための技術について学習する。 Outline The 20th century is said to be the age of urban construction, while the 21st century is the age of management. In order to maintain and improve the value of constructed cities and regions, regional management by government, residents, and businesses is necessary. In this lecture, we will learn about the background to the need for regional management and the techniques to promote regional management. |
