授業の概要 | This course teaches intermediate English composition skills and techniques. This course builds on basic writing skills to develop intermediate students towards the advanced level. The course will focus on skills for building and organizing four different types of essays. |

学修の目的 | Students will learn how to write four types of essay: argumentative, cause/effect, compare/contrast, and process essays while learning the basic mechanics of writing and argumentation skills. |
学修の到達目標 | Students will learn to gather ideas, plan and organize a structure for presenting them, and finally compose the ideas into a composition. |
