学習の目的と方法

授業の概要	This course introduces key concepts in anthropology and intercultural communication.
学習の目的	Students will explore the link between language and culture, focusing on English language and U.K. & U.S. cultures. Students will also learn about the issues that arise in intercultural communication.
学習の到達目標	Students will learn how to think critically about language and culture as well as communicating between different cultures.

学習内容	Topics to be covered include defining culture, mediation and localization, models of culture, behavior and values, cultural frames, levels of culture, culture-bound behavior, and miscommunication between cultures.
