学修の目的と方法

授業の概要	This 15 week course will look at the biography of C.S. Lewis before journeying through The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Emphasis will be on discussing the morality of the novel and redemptive themes in the battle between good and evil. We will also be drawing connections between the text and Biblical references and various ancient mythologies.
学修の目的	To become familiar with the themes and morality of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.
学修の到達目標	To identify and apply specific Judeo-Christian themes and morality in literary criticism.

授業の特徴	PBL 特色ある教育 eポートフォリオを活用する授業英語を用いた教育教員と学生、学生相互のやり取りが、ほぼ英語で進められる授業
授業アンケート結果を受けての改善点	Class participation and attendance will be mandatory in order to receive a passing score in this class. Four unexcused absences will result in an automatic “0” in this class.
